Foodloop – Using surplus food as ingredients (UK)

Our partners at Kent are also delighted to have helped with the launch of what could be a huge step forward in tackling the food waste problem between supply chains across the county. The development of a business to business app seeks to link those with surplus food for donation to community groups or for use as ingredients for local producers and manufacturers to work with. They’re now seeking all those who could donate or use edible surplus food to sign up for the trial.
